My son is interested in trying the demo, but I haven't notice any way of creating a profile, so that he can start form the beginning and not affect my current run through the demo. Is there a way of allowing 2 people to play their own game? Or maybe this is a limitation of the demo and the full version allows it?

During a given level, I have started to wait until there is about 10-15 seconds left and then selling each and every point I have placed. Is this a good idea? I figure it will be good to gain back some of the cache and put it towards the next level. I haven't looked too closely to see if maybe the game does this already for you or if what I'm doing is in fact a good idea?
