Stuck at Episode 2

I'm stuck in EP2, when interrogating the Russian, at the point that he says he has nothing to do with Johnny Chaingun death. I have tried EVERYTHING in my inventory, and nothing has worked.

I have the following:
REPORT_1
LOGBOOK
NOTE_1
NOTE_2
NOTE_3
NOTE_4
SEC_CARD
GUN_INFO
GRBR_INFO
RRSR_INFO
PHOTO
NOTE_5
DLPH_LNG
NWSPAPER

So, what should I do? Could I have left some clue?

The item that you need to present is the newspaper, but you'll need to dial the number hidden in the newspaper first before it'd work.

I have all those items except the newspaper, which I can't find anywhere.  Where is it?

orchard-l:
There's no need to look for it. Dolphin will give the paper to you during the final phase of the interrogation.

死:
I can't start the interrogation either, so I'm obviously missing something.
